Developing Jurisprudential Inquiry Based Learning Model of Teaching Fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah
<p> Referring to the previous explanation, it is important to conduct research that develops a jurisprudential inquiry-based learning strategy. This strategy leads the students to think systematically and critically in terms of responding to issues related to fiqh happening at schools or in society (Horsley, 2010; Nava-Aguirre et al., 2019). This strategy suits the demands of learning fiqh that require students to think logically and systematically in solving fiqh problems. Students can state their opinions on what they think best to do as a solution to a case. Students are allowed to make decisions by applying the learning strategy, focusing on their thinking ability, that in the end, they come up with the best decision. It is then conducted a study aiming at developing the jurisprudential inquiry-based learning strategy titled The Development of Jurisprudential Inquiry-Based Learning Strategy at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Koto Tuo.</p>

Closing schools can hinder and slow down the achievement of targets set by the government and/or schools. To fill teaching and learning activities that must be completed in this academic year, the government has adopted a learning policy that is carried out through distance learning with online media (in the network), either using mobile phones, PCs, or laptops, or with offline media (outside networks). One part of the success of 21st century learning programs, of course, must be prepared as early as possible in using technology. The existence of this distance learning system requires students to understand and understand the digital world. While students are still very minimal with digital science. They only understand the use of digital and technology for entertainment functions only. This research is a field research (Field Research) with the type of qualitative descriptive research that is describing something as it is by using sources that support this research. There are many ways that schools can do to develop and continue the learning process during this COVID-19 pandemic. You don't have to meet face to face, you don't have to shake hands, you don't have to make direct contact. However, you can use interesting applications and online learning media. By using several learning applications, students can still carry out the learning process well, and teachers can still carry out their obligations to students. Likewise with the principal, he can still carry out his duties and responsibilities in accordance with the competencies he will achieve

Arabic as Foreign Language Learning in Pandemic COVID-19 as Perceived by Students and Teachers
Teaching and learning process using mobile applications becomes one of the alternative tools to substitute face-to-face learning during Pandemic COVID-19. The lecture process during the period has been experienced since March 2020 until the end of the even semester of the academic year 2019/2020. There were various obstacles felt by lecturers and students in the courses. Under normal conditions, learning Arabic as a foreign language is still faced with various problems. Since there are no specific studies in this issue that have been conducted by experts for the Indonesian context, we are interested to identify the perception of students and lecturers on the quality of the Arabic teaching and learning process. This research 76 uses qualitative method where the sources of data are students and lecturers of Arabic language education study program Faculty of Islamic Studies, Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatra. The data collection was taken from an interview by phone. The finding showed that the student's and lecturers' perceptions of the quality of the online learning process are negative. Then, students’ and lecturers' perceptions of the quality of online Arabic learning outcomes are negative.

Handling concept drifts and limited label problems using semi-supervised combine-merge Gaussian mixture model
When predicting data streams, changes in data distribution may decrease model accuracy over time, thereby making the model obsolete. This phenomenon is known as concept drift. Detecting concept drifts and then adapting to them are critical operations to maintain model performance. However, model adaptation can only be made if labeled data is available. Labeling data is both costly and time-consuming because it has to be done by humans. Only part of the data can be labeled in the data stream because the data size is massive and appears at high speed. To solve these problems simultaneously, we apply a technique to update the model by employing both labeled and unlabeled instances to do so. The experiment results show that our proposed method can adapt to the concept drift with pseudo-labels and maintain its accuracy even though label availability is drastically reduced from 95% to 5%. The proposed method also has the highest overall accuracy and outperforms other methods in 5 of 10 datasets.

WEB-BASED LEARNING MODEL THAT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED IN LEARNING SETTINGS WITHOUT BEING LIMITED BY TIME, PLACE AND SPACE
Learning model is one of the factors that influence the learning outcomes. An educator is required to implement a variety of learning models in carrying out learning activities. One of the contemporary learning models is Web Base Learning (WBL). WBL models can be implemented without being limited by place, time and space. This study aims to produce a web-based learning model that can be used in accordance with certain environmental settings. This research uses Research and Development approach of Plomp model. The results show that WBL model can optimize the use of resources and potential owned by a college. Application of this web-based learning model is able to make learning take place anytime and anywhere without being limited by time and space. The WBL Model can access unlimited sources of knowledge and information thereby increasing the treasury of the material being studied. WBL Model is also able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency because learning takes place without considering the time of learning. WBL models are also able to instill and cultivate human values or characters such as honesty, courtesy, mutual respect, respect for the opinions of others, being able to accept, discipline, rewarding time in addition to assisting students in improving cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.

THE EFFECT OF TEACHER TEACHING MOTIVATION ON STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (PAI)AT STATE HIGH SCHOOL 1 BASO BUKITTINGGI
Learning is a process in which teachers and students interact in educational situations to achieve specific goals. Its intended purpose is to teach. One of the pedagogical goals achieved is the level of student achievement. With the high achievement, students have a good expression of knowledge. Motivation is one of the factors that influence student success. Learning motivation requires increasing school academic efforts. This study examined the effect of learning motivation on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study consisted of 90 students of SMA Negeri 1 Baso Bukittinggi, with a sample of 29 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire—data analysis using simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 program . Based on the test results, the correlation value (r) is 0.852. This means that variable X (teaching motivation of teachers) with variable Y (Student Learning Outcomes) has a robust correlation because the correlation value is between 0.80 and 1.00 . These results conclude that the higher the student's learning motivation, the higher the learning achievement.
