Abstract This thesis is entitled "Developing an Islamic-Integrated E-Module for Listening for Academic Purpose for Students of the English Study Program at UIN Bukittinggi," was written by Afifah Khairanisyah by Student ID No. 20224001, a student of the Graduate Program in Teaching English, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, State Islamic University of Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Abstract This research aimed to develop an Islamic-integrated e-module for the Listening for Academic Purposes (LAP) course for fourth-semester students of the English Study Program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The study was motivated by the limited use of interactive technology and the absence of Islamic values in existing LAP materials. The objectives were to identify students’ needs, develop the e-module, and evaluate its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This Research and Development (R&D) study employed the ADDIE model supported by the TPACK framework. The e-module was developed using Google Slides integrated with Slido and Nearpod. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and listening tests from 46 students for the needs analysis and 39 students for the implementation stage. Three experts validated the instruments and product using Aiken’s V, while effectiveness was analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test. The findings revealed that students needed an interactive and accessible e-module integrated with Islamic values. The developed e-module achieved very high validity (Aiken’s V = 0.85) and high practicality (88.30%). Although both groups showed improved listening scores, no statistically significant difference was found between the experimental and control groups (p > 0.05). Therefore, the developed e-module was valid and highly practical, but its effectiveness over conventional instruction was not statistically significant.

Tri Juniarti NIM. 2121.169, Thesis Title: "Development of Problem Solving-Based Teaching Modules in Learning Aqidah Akhlak Class VII MTsN 1 Agam". Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sjech M. Djamil Djambek State Islamic University Bukittinggi, 2025. The inability of students to solve problems is the background for the author to develop a teaching module based on problem solving. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching module based on problem solving for aqidah akhlak lessons. The research and development model used is owned by Thiagarajan and Sammel, which consists of four main stages: definition, design, development, and dissemination. The findings of this study indicate that experts believe that the criteria are very valid, with an average value of 4.51. The responses of educators and students to this module are classified as very valid and practical, with average values of 4.7 and 4.64, respectively. The assessment criteria for the teaching module based on problem solving show very good results. Thus, this teaching module is considered to have high validity and is ready to be used in teaching aqidah akhlak.

This research was conducted to address challenges faced by teachers and students in learning English at Fajar Hidayah School, particularly in enhancing students' reading comprehension. Key issues identified included students' insufficient vocabulary, limited grammar knowledge, difficulties with spelling, pronunciation, and slow reading. Additionally, students encountered challenges in aligning text content with their religious values, and the lack of teaching materials containing Islamic values further impeded progress. This study, designed as Research and Development (R&D) research, aimed to develop and evaluate an integrated Digital Media-Based Module incorporating Islamic values to improve English reading and writing skills. The population comprised all seventh-grade students at Fajar Hidayah School in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 15 students. Data collection utilized questionnaires and tests, and SPSS version 20 for Windows was employed to analyze data, using a Paired Samples Test to compare the effectiveness of the integrated module with conventional methods. Findings demonstrated the module's validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing English skills. The validity was rated by expert appraisal, scored 82%, classifying it as "very valid." Practicality, assessed through teacher feedback, achieved an 88% score, indicating "very practical" usability. The module's effectiveness was established through a paired sample t-test, showing a significant improvement in students’ performance, with a significance value of 0.002 0.05, thus supporting the hypothesis (Ha). These results confirm that the Digital Media-Based Module with Islamic values significantly enhances students' reading and writing skills, proving to be a valid, practical, and effective tool for English language instruction.

Perina Dierma Ayu. 2024. Analysis of The Teaching Module Designed by English Teachers in Kurikulum Merdeka at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi. Thesis. English Education Department. Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training. This study analyzes the teaching modules made by English teachers in the Kurikulum Merdeka at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to find out the completeness of the English teaching modules used by teachers at SMAN 4 Bukittinggi based on the Panduan Pembelajaran dan Asesmen (PPA) Kurikulum Merdeka. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive study design. The participant of this research are two English teachers of grade X of SMAN 4 Bukittinggi, while the objects of research are six teaching modules. Data were obtained through document analysis. The results showed that of the 17 components analyzed (author's identity, initial competence, profile of Pancasila students, facilities and infrastructure, target students, learning model, learning objectives, assessment, meaningful understanding, triggering questions, learning activities, student and teacher reflection, student worksheets, enrichment and remedial, student and teacher reading materials, glossary, and bibliography), there were several components that the teachers did not write. English Teacher I did not include educator and learner reading materials, while English Teacher II did not include educator and learner reflections. Thus, it can be concluded that the teaching modules prepared by the two teachers are not fully complete when compared to the standards of the Panduan Pembelajaran dan Asesmen (PPA) Kurikulum Merdeka, because there are still several components that are not included. However, the five teaching modules are by the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2022.

There is a phenomenon of students' tendency to memorize the Qur'an
which prioritizes the quantity of memorization rather than the quality of memorization, many students do not pay attention to the laws of tajweed and often do
not focus on memorizing the Qur'an, in addition students are also not facilitated
by practical supporting media to memorize the Qur'an. Therefore, this study
aims to develop a valid and practical e-module for students in memorizing the
Qur'an. The research method used is Research and Development with the
ADDIE development model. The results of research at the analyze stage based
on need assessment through observations and interviews obtained information
and descriptions of problems in tahfizh activities which also affect the quality
of students' memorization. At the design stage, the e-module product is designed using 3 different applications, namely; Canva application, Flip Pdf Corporate Edition, and Voice Changger With Effect. At the develop stage, the emodule product was validated by the validator with a result of 0.865 in the
"very valid" category. At the implement stage, the practicality test was carried
out on 10 students, the result was 0.857 with the category "very practical". Furthermore, at the evaluate stage, based on the assessment and positive comments
given by the students, the e-module is ready to be used on a larger scale. Thus,
it can be concluded that this Android-based Yassara Qur'an tahfizh e-module is
suitable for use in tahfizh learning activities.

Problem-based learning (PBL) is an educational method that encourages students to explore real world problems and develop solutions as a means of developing knowledge and skills. PBL is a type of learning where problems and students both individually and in groups need to work on these problems. First, based on observations of the books used during English lessons, the books used were old. Second, students' problem solving ability is low. Third, it was found that they needed learning aids in the form of modules. This study aims to develop a PBL-based English learning module with the research population being all class VII students of SMPN 3 Kapur IX. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). In this study, the researcher chose to adopt the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) version of the R&D procedure. The results of the practicality test mean an average value of 94.67% which indicates that the PBL-based module is in the very practical category. The results of the normality test showed that the Kolmogorov-Smirnov scores for the Pre-Test and Post-Test categories respectively showed values of 0.145 and 0.177, with significant alpha values of 0.200 and 0.050. All Kolmogorov-Smirnov alpha significance values exceeded an alpha value of 0.05. This shows that the data from both classes are normally distributed. The results of the homogeneity test obtained a Levene score of 3.456 with a significance value of 0.069. This score exceeds the alpha value of 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar pengaruh modul pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen bagi peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebanyak 32 orang peserta didik dipilih secara acak untuk mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan modul pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan rancangan korelasional diselidiki seberapa besar pengaruh modul pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dapat menggunakan modul dengan baik dan mendapat kemudahan dalam penggunaan dan sesuai dengan waktu yang diperlukan dengan persentase 77,24%. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel signifikan dan cukup kuat dilihat berdasarkan rentangan nilai korelasinya, yaitu: 0,569. Modul pembelajaran memengaruhi kemampuan menulis cerpen sebesar 32,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran efektif digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh. Modul pembelajaran membentuk kemandirian peserta didik dalam pembelajaran karena pembelajaran jarak jauh membuat peserta didik terpisah jarak dan waktu dengan pendidik dan peserta didik lainnya. This study aims to describe how much influence the learning module has on the ability to write short stories for students who take distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 32 students were randomly selected to take part in learning using the learning module. By using a correlational design, it was investigated how much influence the learning module had on the ability to write short stories. The results of the descriptive analysis show that students can use the module well and find it easy to use and in accordance with the time required with a percentage of 77.24%. The results of the correlation test show that the relationship between the two variables is significant and strong enough to be seen based on the range of correlation values, namely: 0.569. The learning module affects the ability to write short stories with 32.4%. This shows that the learning module is effectively used to support distance learning. The learning module forms the independence of students in learning because distance learning makes students separate in distance and time from educators and other students.

ABSTRACT Sinta.2315044. Developing English Module For Islamic Major At Tenth Grade in MA.S TI Tarusan Kamang. Thesis. IAIN Bukittinggi. 2021. This study was due to some problems. The first problem from the materials used by English teacher who taught in the tenth grade students of Islamic major at MA.S TI Tarusan Kamang, materials presented in the textbook are still classified as general. The second problem was English teacher used the same materials for all major. The third problem was the tenth grade students of Islamic major are not interested in learning English. This study aims to describe the development of English Module for the tenth grade students of Islamic Majorand to know the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of English teaching material to develop, especially on second semester at MA.S TI Tarusan Kamang. This type of research was Research and Development (R&D) research used the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). There are several instruments in this study, namely interviews, validation sheet, questionnaires and tests. Interviews were conducted with English teacher and several of the tenth grade students of Islamic major. There is one questionnaires were used to collect the data. That is, product validity questionnaire was given by three experts judgement. The data questionnaires were analyzed by used descriptive qualitative. The results of the research showed that the development of English teaching material for Islamic major for the tenth grade students on second semester, on the questionnaire validity, for one validator was valid (68,9%), second valiadator was very valid (89,2%), and the second validator was very valid (85,71%), found that the development of English teaching material for Islamic major was valid. This development of English teaching material for Islamic major was valid based on an analysis of product validity with an average value of > 61% - 100% and categorized as very valid.

This research was conducted to discover the problems related to the process of teaching English, to describe the design of the instructional module in teaching English and to measure the validity of module developed in teaching English at second grade students of SMK Terpadu Gema Nusantara Bukittinggi. The aim of this research was to develop English module for second grade students, especially for nursing major. This research was Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) procedure. The subject of this research was the second grade students of nursing SMK Terpadu Gema Nusantara Bukittinggi. The instrumentation of this research was interview, questionnaire and validation sheet. Interview was done to the English teacher, questionnaire was given to the students and validation sheet of the module was validated by the three validators. The result of this research indicated that the developing module was an appropriate way according to the needs analysis from the interview and questionnaire given. Then, the module has designed well by using ADDIE procedure by addapted only Analysis, Design and Development procedure. Then, this module was valid, since it had been validated by the validators with a little revision. In other words, this module was ready to use for the English teacher and second grade students of nursing SMK Terpadu Gema Nusantara Bukittinggi

ABSTRAK Intan Sari, NIM : 2514.140 dengan judul skripsi : Pemanfaatan E-module Dengan Menggunakan Sigil Pada Mata Pelajaran TIK di SMA Negeri 1 Mapat Tunggul Selatan. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran TIK, siswa hanya belajar melalui bahan ajar berupa buku cetak dan lembar kerja siswa. Hal ini disebabkan guru tidak memiliki kompetensi untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel yang bisa digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja. maka salah satu upaya yang dilakukan agar guru tidak terbatasi oleh media adalah dengan bantuan e-module. Pemanfaatan e-module mata pelajaran TIK merupakan sebuah modul elektronik untuk memudahkan siswa dalam belajar mandiri, Dengan tujuan menghasilkan siswa yang selalu aktif belajar baik itu disekolah maupun dirumah atau dimanapun. Dalam menghasilkan e-module penulis menggunakan Sigil yang merupakan salah satu software yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan e-module mata pelajaran TIK kelas XII di SMAN 1 Mapat Tunggul Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) model 4-D (four-D) yaitu define, design, development dan disseminate. Model pengembangan multimedia yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model pengembangan multimedia versi Luther Sutopo yang terdiri dari enam tahap yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tahapan penelitian yang mengkombinasikan antara 4-D dan model pengembangan multimedia versi Luther Sutopo. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan penilaian uji validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas. Hasil dari penelitian e-module dengan menggunakan sigil ini berupa media pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan oleh guru dan siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK. Bentuk dari media pembelajaran ini berupa aplikasi (apk) yang dijalankan menggunakan Android dan bisa juga di baca pada pc sedangkan untuk uji produk validitas dari 2 orang expert diperoleh 0,84 nilai yang dinyatakan valid, sedangkan untuk uji praktikalitas dari 2 orang expert diperoleh nilai 94,833 yang dinyatakan sangat praktis, dan untuk uji efektivitas dari 14 orang expert diperoleh nilai 0,80 yang dinyatakan efektif. Diharapkan kepada peneliti berikutnya dapat merancang media dengan materi lain dan dengan animasi yang lebih baik lagi. Key Word : Pemanfaatan, Media Pembelajaran ,E-module, Sigil.

ABSTRACT Meming Saputri 2313.016. “Evaluation of English Teaching Module at The 12th Grade of SMAN 1 KAPUR IX Academic Year 2017/2018”. A thesis, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Bukittinggi. 2018 This research was done because the reseacher found some problems in the module of Modul Bahasa Inggris Kelas XII. The module used by the teacher was not suitable with the criteria of good module. There first is there is no pronounciation explanation and practice. Second, there was no clear explanation of four skills and the components in the module and the last, there is no varied topics and tasks. The object of this research was an English Module “Modul Bahasa Inggris Kelas XII” used for 12th grade of SMAN 1 KAPUR IX. This research was categorized as an evaluation research. The data were obtained through instrument chekcklist method comprises three items, comparison, identification and verification with the range of the average interpretation. The finding reveals that English module “Modul Bahasa Inggris Kelas XII” used for teaching English for 12th grade of SMAN 1 KAPUR IX is categorized fair. The criteria of module is gained because most of the criteria of the module are fair, only two criteria bad and few criteria are good. ABSTRAK Meming Saputri 2313.016. Penelitian ini dlakukan karena peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah di dalam modul bahasa Inggris yang digunakan oleh guru dengan judul “Modul Bahasa Inggris kelas XII”, diantaranya adalah; modul yang digunakan guru tidak sesuai dengan kriteria modul yang baik, yang pertama, tidak adanya penjelasan serta latihan pronounciation. Yang kedua, tidak adanya penjelasan tentang empat skill pembelajaran di dalam modul, dan yang terakhir adalah tidak adanya variasi untuk topik dan tugas yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Objek penilitian ini adalah modul Bahasa Inggris yang digunakan guru untuk kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian evaluasi. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen ceklis dan rata-rata sebagai kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa modul dengan judul “Modul Bahasa Inggris kelas XII” yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran bahasa Inggris kelas XII di SMA.N I KAPUR IX dikategorikan cukup. kriteria ini di dapakan karena kebanyakan kriteria di kategorikan cukup, hanya dua kriteria yang dikategorikan buruk, dan beberapa kriteria di kategorikan baik.
