<p>
This research is entitled Synergy for the Management of Productive Zakat and Waqf with the Development of Sharia Micro Finance by using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The sources of data in this study are in the form of observation and reviewing several books and readings related to this discussion and comparing them with expert opinions and materials from seminars that discuss the issues under study. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by interpreting data, facts and information that had been collected through intellectual understanding empirically and then studied in an in-depth way so as to produce a picture of the actual data. The management of zakat and productive waqf is generally under the control of amil zakat agencies and waqf institutions through Nazir waqf. The formula developed in the management of zakat and waqf has not been unified and combined in the management aspect between zakat management and waqf management. The utilization of productive zakat and waqf through Islamic microfinance institutions can be described by a model of adjusting zakat and waqf management in the aspect of zakat and productive waqf utilization through Islamic microfinance institutions. With the adjustment model of zakat and waqf management, it will be expected to give birth to an agreement in the management of zakat and productive waqf through sharia microfinance institutions</p>

Penelitian ini didorong oleh persepsi di kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, bahwa rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terlihat pada rapor matematika siswa yang beragam dan beberapa siswa tidak tuntas. Pengajar tidak memperhatikan kebeagaman kemampuan siswa, sehingga siswa membutuhkan pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran yang diberikan. Rumusan masalah dalam tinjauan ini adalah “Apakah model pembelajaran Aptitiude Treatment Interaction (ATI) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat” Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari modelpembelajaran Aptitiude Treatment Interaction (ATI) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Hipotesis dalam tinjauan ini adalah “model pembelajaran (ATI) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat”. Eksplorasi semacam ini diuji dengan rencana pengujian The Static Group Comparison Design. Populasi dalam tinjauan ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak terpilih siswa dari kelas IX.5 rombel 9 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa dari kelas IX.4 rombel 7 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar matematika siswa. Efek samping dari penyelidikan uji terakhir menggunakan uji-t dan pemrograman SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan informasi diperoleh thitung = 2,96 dan ttabel = 1,70, diperoleh biaya thitung > ttableyaitu > 1,70 dan uji pemrograman SPSS 0,003 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Model Pembelajaran (ATI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matetika Siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.

When predicting data streams, changes in data distribution may decrease
model accuracy over time, thereby making the model obsolete. This
phenomenon is known as concept drift. Detecting concept drifts and then
adapting to them are critical operations to maintain model performance.
However, model adaptation can only be made if labeled data is available.
Labeling data is both costly and time-consuming because it has to be done by
humans. Only part of the data can be labeled in the data stream because the
data size is massive and appears at high speed. To solve these problems
simultaneously, we apply a technique to update the model by employing both
labeled and unlabeled instances to do so. The experiment results show that our
proposed method can adapt to the concept drift with pseudo-labels and
maintain its accuracy even though label availability is drastically reduced
from 95% to 5%. The proposed method also has the highest overall accuracy
and outperforms other methods in 5 of 10 datasets.

<p>
Salah satu kearifan lokal masyarakat Muslim Minangkabau yang terabaikan secara intelektual adalah <em>Buek Arek</em>. Padahal secara value, konseptual teoritis dan empiris praktis dapat dijadikan sebagai model penyelesaikan sengketa hukum, terutama sengketa hukum pidana. Lazimnya dalam hokum positif Indonesia bahwa perakara pidana tidak dapat diselesaikan diluar pengadilan. Namun sejak keluarnya Surat Kapolri Nomor Pol:B/3022/XII/2009/SDEOPS tanggal 14 Desember 2009 tentang penanganan kasus melalui <em>Alternatif Dispute Resolution (ADR)</em> sangat memungkinkan diselesaikan diluar pengadilan secara nonlitigatif. Penjelajahan,pelukisan dan Penggambaran Buek Arek secara ilmiah penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu model penyelesaian perkara pidana ditingkat lokal. Sebagai lokalitas <em>Buek Arek</em> berada di Jorong. Secara administratif Jorong ada di Nagari. Dan setiap nagari terdiri dari berbagai Jorong. Masing-masing jorong terutama di Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat memiliki Buek Arek. Keberadaan <em>buek arek</em> tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan keberadaan Jorong. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tentang konsepsi Buek Arek pada masyarakat lokal Minangkabau dan bagaimana bekerjanya Buek Arek pada konteks social masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Metode penelitian hukum empiris ini beroerientasi untuk melakukan penjelajahan (eksplorator),melukiskan (deskriptif) dan menjelaskan (eksplanatori) <em>Buek Arek</em> sebagai alternative penyelesaian sengketa pidana dikomunitas masyarakat muslim Minangkabau. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa <em>buek arek</em> sebagai sebagai sebuah model penyelesaian perkara hukum tradisi local telah bekerja dengan efektif dalam memberlakukan hukum adat bagi komunitas muslim dimasing-masing Jorong. Setiap perkara yang diselesaikan melalui buek Arek jika sudah mendapatkan putusan secara bulat oleh burek Arek dengan prinsip mediasi yang bersifat mengikat, perdamaian terwujud, tidak akan berlanjut ke proses pengadilan baik pengadilan Adat maupun peradilan Negara.</p>

The main measure of success for teaching teachers lies in whether or not there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, through the selection of the right learning model the teacher can choose or can choose or adjust the type of approach and learning method with the learning material presented.
