Abstrak
ABSTRAK Tesis ini berjudul “Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Disiplin Belajar PAI Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso”, yang disusun oleh Saiful Yeri NIM : 201.160.30 Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi. Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini berdasarkan dari hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan, permasalahan yang dialami oleh peserta didik adalah berkaitan dengan disiplin belajarnya, masih ada siswa yang tidak disiplin walaupun sudah diberikan reward dan punishment. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh a) reward terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso, b) punishment terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso, c) reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui a) pengaruh reward terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso, b) pengaruh punishment terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso, c) pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap disiplin belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMK Negeri 1 Baso Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau field research yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan dan kemudian menganalisanya dan hasilnya menggunakan angka-angka yang berbentuk korelasional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 135 orang dan julah sampelnya 60 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis lewat uji f dan uji t, serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (r2). Teknik analis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan SPSS 20 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) reward memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan disiplin belajar, besar hubungannya adalah 42,5%. 2) punishment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan disiplin belajar, besar hubungannya adalah 24.8%. 3) reward dan punishment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin belajar, besar hubungannya adalah 44.2%. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa dibutuhkan pemberian reward dan punishment. The formulation of the problem of this study is how much influence a) rewards the discipline of learning Islamic Student Education in SMK Negeri 1 Baso, b) punishment for the learning discipline of Islamic Education students of SMK Negeri 1 Baso, c) reward and punishment for the learning discipline of Religious Education Islam students of SMK Negeri 1 Baso. The purpose of this study was to determine a) the effect of reward on the learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education students of SMK Negeri 1 Baso, b) the influence of punishment on the discipline of learning Islamic Education of students of SMK Negeri 1 Baso, c) the influence of reward and punishment on the discipline of learning Islamic Education students of SMK Negeri 1 Baso This study uses a type of field research or field research that is quantitative descriptive using a correlative method. This study aims to look at the relationship and then analyze it and the results use correlational figures. The population is 135 people and the sample number is 60 people taken by using random sampling technique. This research instrument uses scale. Quantitative analysis includes the test of validity and reliability, test requirements analysis, test hypotheses through f test and t test, and test the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r2). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which aims to prove the research hypothesis using SPSS 20 Based on the results of the study showed that: 1) reward has a significant influence with the discipline of learning, the relationship is 42.5%. 2) punishment has a significant influence with the discipline of learning, the relationship is 24.8%. 3) reward and punishment have a significant influence on the discipline of learning, the relationship is 44.2%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that to improve the discipline of student learning requires the provision of reward and punishment
