Abstrak
The researching in this thesis was motivated by the existence of problems with student’s qawaid learning scores wich met the standards of around 30% of the 19 student’s, so they felt afraid to learn qawaid because it was considered difficult. One of the reasons is that teachers do not use a variety of learning media. The aim of this researching is to determine the effectiveness of using The Corpus Quran Arabic for learning qawaid for students in class 8 of MTs S Asy-Syarif Sidang Koto Laweh. This type of researching is a true experimental of quantitative research with population simple random sampling using a random picker. The reseach intruments are pretest and posttest. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that The Corpus Quran Arabic learning media is effective for learning qawaid by testing the hypothesis with t-count > t-table at a significance level of 5% (4,127 > 2,208). Therefore, the H0 hypothesis is rehected and the Ha hypothesis is accepted. And there are also differences in student learning putcomes as shown by the t-test, with a value of 15,047 > 2,208.
