Abstrak
Students' perceptions of using google form as an assessor of reading comprehension, which can be seen in students' perceptions of using google form during the learning process whether it is easy and effective in using google form. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of using google form. This research is caused by some students, not all students can use the google form in assessing reading comprehension for its own reasons, the lack of practicality and effectiveness of students in using the google form as an assessment of reading comprehension so that it is fulfilled properly. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. Descriptive research is a kind of research method to describe and interpret an object naturally. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire to determine students’ perception on using google form as a reading comprehension assessment. In this study, the population was all students of class x SMAN 3 Bukittinggi which consisted of 3 majors totaling 367 people. And the samples are 2 classes, MIPA 1 and MIPA ll, the samples are used claster sampling. Data analysis is done by identifying respondents' answers, calculating the percentage of each indicator and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that students' perceptions of using google forms in assessing reading comprehension are found in the practicality indicator with a percentage of 86.80% very practical after all counts are averaged right. Then the perception of the effectiveness indicator is 82.81% very effective after being totaled and averaged. Keywords: Perception, Reading Comprehension Assessment, Google Form
