Abstrak
<p> Pancasila should become the basis and moral reference for the Indonesian people in building the character and nature of society in the era of globalization. One of the main challenges of globalization is preserving the moral values of the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, especially for the younger generation. Students, part of the younger generation, are exposed to the negative impacts of globalization. However, the current reality is that Pancasila is not specifically implemented in student activities, so what is of concern is the lack of organization and sustainability in facing the threat of globalization. As a result, the threat of decline and change in the moral values of a generation of Indonesian people is getting bigger. This research method is descriptive-qualitative and library research techniques obtained from various sources such as books, journals and mass media. The results of the study show that realizing the understanding and application of Pancasila values is one way to shape the character of the nation's generation, especially students. The application of the Five Moral Values of Pancasila can be used as a fundamental basis and as a screening tool so that future students of the nation do not lose their identity. </p>
