This study describes the practice of exchanging coins in the application as
well as an overview of Islamic law regarding the exchange of coins for money and
goods in the application, which is motivated by the emergence of a transaction of
exchanging intangible goods, namely coins with tangible goods, namely money and
merchandise in an application. The transaction process for exchanging points for
money takes place in the application by means of the user pressing the point
withdrawal button and selecting the desired exchange amount and merchindizing. The
status of the exchange object, namely the coin, also needs to be examined from the
perspective of Islamic law related to muamalah by using empirical research methods
and qualitative research types. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews,
and document review with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data
presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in the
practice of exchanging coins for money and merchandise on the application, sighat
(qabul consent) is not directly stated between the parties, but the sighat appears in the
deed. The transaction mechanism is illustrated in the form of exchanging intangible
goods in the form of coins where the seller, namely the Application user, makes the
exchange by pressing the withdraw money/balance button and the buyer, the Fund
gives money sent to the E-wallet Fund balance and mercidize. The application coin,
which has accumulated 1 coin equivalent to 1 rupiah, is known and agreed upon by
both parties. And in terms of Islamic law, the practice of exchanging points for money
in the application is permissible because it fulfills the conditions and pillars of buying
and selling which are illustrated by actions. Coins are obtained from doing missions
watching 15-30 minute videos and inviting new users. Acquisition of these points using
a selling contract based on the basic concept of muamalah Ju'alah remains valid if the
commission/reward given is in the form of goods and not money so that the points
become legitimate objects/goods in a sale and purchase transaction. Ijab qobul in the
transaction is illustrated on the basis of willingness between parties which is illustrated
