Abstrak
Abstract: On the one hand, the existence of pre-employment jockeys provindes benefits but on the other hand it is detrimental to the community. Therefore, this paper examines the practice of pre-employment jockeys in a reviewer of shariah economic Law. So that this research is fieldwork with a qualitative approach sourced form interiewm data, observations and documents with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The result of the study illustrate that pre-emplyoment jockeys help the community to register for the pre-employmens card program launched by the government in 2020. The pre-employment card jockey helps create pre-employment account,, if they pas the selection the pre-employment jockeys continue their duties. Namely running traningn tests, filling out surveys. Every community who passes the pre-employment will get an intensive of 3.550.000 consiting of monthly insentive, insentive survey, insentive training. In practice, this insentive is not obtained in full by the indentity owner because the pre-employment jockey does not mention the amount that the identity owner will get if he passes later, the pre-employment jockey may get a greater insentive than the identity owner. So, according to shariah economic law, pre-employment jockeys in practice are not in accordance with the principles of muamalah fiqh, namely willingness and openness between both partis and the values of justice and avoiding elements of persecution in taking opportunities so that the income eraned by pre-employment jockeys becomes gharar
