UPAYA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN SERTA KEMAMPUAN BERFIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH KELAS 8 DI MTS ST GUGUAK RANDAH

Guru adalah seseorang yang berjasa di dalam pendidikan. Tanpa jasa seorang guru, maka peserta didik tidak akan dapat mengetahui suatu ilmu. Di dalam menjalani kehidupan, seorang Muslim harus memiliki suatu ilmu yang berkaitan dengan kehidupannya sehari-hari. Dengan ilmu tersebut, seseorang akan dapat mengetahui tentang hukum-hukum atau aturan-aturan yang diajarkan oleh Islam. Ilmu tentang hukum-hukum tersebut dirangkup dalamsuatu pembahasan yang bernama fiqih. Di MTs ST Guguak Randah, aktivitas pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran fiqih di kelas 8 cenderung aktif dan siswa dapat lebih cepat memahami pembelajaran, serta meningkatnya daya fikir kritis siswa terhadap materi fiqih yang sedang dipelajari. Disebabkan adanya upayaupaya yang dilakukan guru saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

The Urgency of Digitizing Islamic Law in the Disturbance 4.0 Era ( Normative Studies on Cybercrime)

This article will identify the study of Islamic Law which has various thoughts that are relevant to all forms of changing realities. Conservatism and liberalism are two patterns of thought that are identified as contradictory. The new world and new media have realized how important digitalization of Islamic law is. Choosing one mode of thought will clarify the position of Islamic law in a global context. The normative and empirical methods used in this research will dialogue Islamic law with conservatism and liberalism in mind with the dynamics of social change and today's digital technology. Dialogue on Islamic Law is always with the modern world, so that it is not stagnant and decadent is a necessity. The global era with the orbit of digital instruments as a tool that can provide anything, can also facilitate and accelerate desires in many aspects of life, both positive and negative. The facts show that digital instruments play a direct role in every aspect of life. Present in various applications and messages for convenience and the benefit of strengthening norms and values. The negative effects of digital transformation also present cyber crimes with their various modus operandi. From the research it was found that the digitization of Islamic law has occurred, for example the digital Koran, digital hadith, digital inheritance law and religious courts with their e-court and e-litigation as well as various other applications that come into contact with Islamic law. However, until now there is no digital application that can be used to make Islamic Law a preventive tool in dealing with cybercrimes. Digitalization of Islamic Criminal Law can be done by creating programs in the form of online applications, such as the Alarm of cyber crime application.

This study finds that the journal that has the most influence on research on religiosity and Islamic banking performance is the International Journal of Information Management. In addition, this study also found that only one article actually analyzed the impact of religion (religiosity) on the performance of Islamic banks, so there is an opportunity to conduct research on the topic of religiosity and Islamic banking performance in the future with different regional contexts and variable relationships.

Penerapan psikoanalisis klasik terhadap perilaku

Model konseling psikoanalisis klasik merupakan model konseling pertama yang diambil dari pandangan Sigmund Freud. Konselor perlu memahami asumsi dasar dalam psikoanalisis klasik sehingga memudahkan dalam proses konseling. Individu memiliki tingkah laku yang tidak selalu suai, ada kalanya terdapat tingkah laku salah suai pada diri individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan psikoanalisis klasik terhadap perilaku fiksasi konseli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode pre-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu individu yang berada di Bukittinggi yang mengalami tingkah laku salah suai fiksasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Rank Test. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil dari penelitian dilihat dari pelaksanaan pre-test dan post test adanyapeningkatan yang signifikan dari rata-rata62% menjadi 91%. Analisis uji Wilcoxon Rank Test menunjukkan nilai 0,00 lebihrendah dari 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling psikoanalisis klasik dapat mengurangi perilaku salah suai fiksasi konseli.

Dialectics of Musdah Mulia's Thought on Polygamy in the Qur'an: Text and Context

This article aims to reveal the shari'a of polygamy in the Qur'an. This is motivated by the diversity of interpretations of the polygamy verse, giving rise to diverse opinions and arguments that seem difficult to compromise. Musdah Mulia is a gender figure or Muslim scholar who clearly in her research rejects polygamy and recommends that polygamy be banned and states that polygamy is not Islamic law and its practice has caused harm and is a violation of human rights. This opinion is considered extreme and has drawn criticism and rebuttal from various Muslim scholars. This research method uses a literature study using a socio-historical approach and content analysis. The results of the study concluded that Musdah Mulia's opinion that polygamy is not Islamic law does not have a strong legal basis, because it has gone out of the meaning of the text but in the implementation of the context it can be prohibited if it is outside the predetermined conditions

Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Informatika Menggunakan Thunkable

This article aims to produce an informatics learning media at SMPN 2 Ampek Angkek, this problem stems from the fact that in the learning process teachers in explaining teaching material still use manual/non-computerized media such as using books and blackboards, this has an impact on the learning atmosphere of students feeling bored and not focused on studying. Therefore, computerized learning media is needed that can be used during the learning process. This research model is research and development (Research and Development) with the development model framework used being 4 D. This research produces learning media applications that can be used by teachers and students in application-based growth and development experiences via Android. The validation test carried out by 4 experts got a final score of 0.8 with valid results, the results of the practicality test from 1 expert got a final score of 0.9 with a very high class and the results of the item effectiveness test from 15 students got a score of 0.8 with high feasibility classification. From the results of this research, the learning media that has been designed has been tested for its validity, practicality and effectiveness, and this learning media application can be used by teachers and students in the informatics learning process.

Siyasah Al-Ighraq: A Case Study on Convection Market, Aur Kuning Bukittinggi

This research is motivated by the widespreed practice of siyasah al-ighraq (dumping) by traders in the Aur Kuning convection market in Bukittinggi in West Sumatera Provinve. Meanwile, siyasah al-ighraq(dumping) is haram in Islam. Therefore the author wants to examine how the siyasah al-ighraq (dumping) is carried out by traders in the Aur Kuning convection market in Bukittinggi, and how it impacts to market prices balance from an Islamic perspective. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by conducting interviews with traders in the Aur Kuning convection market, Bukittinggi. The result showed that siyasah al-ighraq (dumping) practice by traders at the Aur Kuning convection market was only at certain times, such as during the month of ramadhan, after Eid al-fitr and the celebration of independence day. Siyasah al-ighraq are done just to use up old stocks that piled up. Then also dumping are carried out for new store promotion and as a marketing strategy. It dumping is called sporadic dumping, it is fine in Islam, because it doesn’t damage market price balance and doesn’t harm other traders. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pondok Pesantren MTI Paninggahan adalah sebuah Pondok Pesantren yang berdiri di Nagari Paninggahan dimana sebelum memiliki bangunan permanen sendiri seperti saat ini Pondok pesantren MTI Paninggahan beberapa kali pindah lokasi belajar yaitu pada awalnya di surau tinggi dengan menggunakan sistem halaqah oleh H. Supply chain management is an important part of achieving company efficiency. The existence of globalization makes the transformation of technology in supply chains. The use of IoT in enterprise operations makes the company grow quickly and more effectively and efficiently. But this kind of performance makes there is more energy consumption. Environmental problems such as global warming and increasing air pollution arise, so many studies have suggested improving Supply Chain Management (SCM) with Green Supply Chain Management. In this study, we wanted to discuss" How ten companies in the world to do sustainability energy efficiency by using the GSCM (Green Supply Management) model so that it can reduce the risk of rising air pollution and global warming, and its correlation to Islamic Green Economics." This study uses the review literature method with a descriptive literature study model. Organized techniques were used to observe research studies from January 1, 2017, to April 2022, collected through various references. The results show that companies have widely applied the Green Supply Chain Management model. However, some companies have not implemented it because they do not understand the concept of GSCM. Even so, they have understood the concept of green, accompanied by caring for the environment and applying it in the company's operations.

PROHIBITION OF TRANSGENDER MARRIAGE ACCORDING TO BUYA HAMKA (IN THE BOOK OF TAFSIR AL-AZHAR)

This journal examines the prohibition on transgender marriage according to Buya Hamka in the Al-Azhar commentary book. Transgender is a symptom of a person's dissatisfaction because they feel there is no match between their physical form and genitals and their mental state or because they are dissatisfied with their genitals. The final results of this research can be concluded, namely: The prohibition of transgender according to Hamka is based on an-Nisa' verse 119, ar-Rum verse 30 and al-Baqarah: 216, hadith, ijma' and fatwa, that transgender behavior is actions and behavior that being deceived by Satan and following one's desires, including the act of changing Allah SWT's creation, transgender is an act that does not function Allah's creation according to its function, according to nature. Transgender is the act of resembling the opposite sex, the perpetrator received a curse from Rasulullah S.A.W and is classified as a Haram act. According to Buya Hamka, the prohibition on transgender marriages means same-sex marriages occur, sexual intercourse is not in accordance with nature, there is no fertility (procreation), the goal of marriage cannot be achieved, and the five basic principles of religion are threatened, namely religion, reason, the right to life, property and offspring. Genital surgery carried out by transgender people causes greater harm. Islam is determined by external aspects or physical indications, not psychologically.

PENGARUH KECERDASAAN INTERPERSONAL SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMPN 8 PAYAKUMBUH

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan pada Kelas VIII SMP N 8 Payakumbuh. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasaan interpersonal siswa masih rendah, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa yang kurang aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Persoalan ini juga menyebabkan hasil belajar PAI siswa rendah. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti terdorong untuk melaksanakan penelitian dengan rumusan masalah yaitu Seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasaan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 8 Payakumbuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII SMPN 8 Payakumbuh Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 yaitu terdiri dari lima kelas. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel terdiri dari kelas VIII1 dan VIII2 yang diambil secara acak. Angket kecerdasaan interpersonal dan tes hasil belajar siswa digunakan sebagai instrument. Dari hasil analisis angket kecerdasaan interpersonal siswa dengan menggunakan uji t pada taraf nyata ? = 0.05, diperoleh harga thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,09 > 1,66 dibandingkan dengan Software SPSS dengan Sig tailed ? yaitu 0.041 0.05 dan hasil belajar PAI siswa,dimana pada uji koefisien determinasinya didapatkan nilai sebesar 93,8% dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasaan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar dan 6,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan pada Analisis tes hasil belajar siswa dihitung dengan menggunakan uji-t pada taraf nyata ? = 0.05, diperoleh harga thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.25 > 1.66 dan dibandingkan dengan Software SPSS dengan Sig tailed ? yaitu 0.015 0.05 dimana pada uji koefisien determinasinya didapatkan nilai sebesar 83,1% dipengaruhi oleh hasil belajar mengikuti kecerdasaan interpersonal dan 17,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pengaruh Kecerdasan Interpersonal Terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 8 Payakumbuh.

Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Corporate Financial Performance in the Jakarta Islamic Index

Purpose – This study aims to estimate the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on the Financial Performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2016 to 2020. Methodology/approach – This study is a confirmatory research with a quantitative approach. The secondary data in this study obtained from the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), with a total sample of 14 companies registered in the analysis period and have complete data related to the variables studied. Panel data regression analysis was used in this study by selecting the Random Effect Model as the estimation method. Findings – It was found that institutional ownership, which is one of the measurement proxies for Good Corporate Governance, has a positive effect on variations in the company's financial performance achievements. This study has proven that institutional ownership has an important role in minimizing agency conflicts that occur between managers and shareholders. If institutional ownership is implemented properly and in line with the company's vision, the financial performance will be excellent and in the long-term financial sustainability will be created. Novelty/value – This study proves that institutional ownership is a driving factor in increasing corporate financial performance proxied by Return on Equity (ROE).
