PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PAI SMA KABUPATEN AGAM

Yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang baiknya Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam sehingga mengakibatkan belum terpenuhinya tugas pokok dan fungsi guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam. AdapunTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berapa besar Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan apa adanya dengan melihat berbagai masalah yang timbul saat ini. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian adalah: (1) Terdapatnya Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam. (2) Terdapatnya Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam. (3) Terdapatnya Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kompetensi Pedagogik secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam yang berjumlah 62 orang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendapat Sugiono dengan rumus tabel pada taraf kesalahan 10%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa: (1) terdapat Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam, Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam, adalah 0.431 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.1857 atau (18.57%) (2) Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam, Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam ditentukan oleh Kompetensi Pedagogik adalah 0.331 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.110 atau 11.00 %. (3) Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kompetensi Pedagogik secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam, dan Kinerja Guru PAI SMA Kabupaten Agam ditentukan oleh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kompetensi Pedagogik secara bersama-sama adalah 0.683 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.4660 atau 46.60%. The problem in this research is the lack of good islamic education teacher performance in Agam Regency Senior High School , resulting in not fulfilling the main tasks and functions of Agam High School Islamic education Teachers. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to reveal how much influence Emotional Intelligence and Pedagogic Competence have on the performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam District Senior High Schools. This study uses a quantitative method that describes the field conditions as they are by looking at the various problems that arise at this time. The research hypotheses in this study are: (1) There is the Effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency Senior High Schools. (2) There is an Influence of Pedagogic Competence on the Performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency Senior High Schools. (3) There is a simultaneous influence of Emotional Intelligence and Pedagogic Competence on the Performance of PAI Teachers in Agam Regency Senior High Schools. The population of this study were all of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency, amounting to 62 people. The number of samples research was 51 people. Determination of the sample in this result using Sugiono's opinion with a table formula at an error rate of 10%. From the results of this study, it was revealed that: (1) there is the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency, the influence of Emotional Intelligence on the performance of Islamic education teachers in Agam, is 0.431 with a coefficient of determination of 0.1857 or (18.57%) (2) Competence Pedagogics on the Performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency Senior High Schools, Agam High School Islamic education Teachers' Performances determined by Pedagogic Competence is 0.331 with a coefficient of determination of 0.110 or 11.00 %. (3) Emotional Intelligence and Pedagogic Competence together on the Performance of Islamic education Teachers in Agam Regency Senior High Schools, and Agam Regency Senior High School Teachers' Performances determined by Emotional Intelligence and Pedagogic Competence together are 0.683 with a coefficient of determination of 0.4660 or 46.60%.
