Abstrak
The limitations of the examples of isti'arah in the balaghah book students often find it difficult to understand the material . This research aims to 1) developing isti'arah material, 2) identify factors that affect the development of isti'arah material, 3) provide additional literature and references for authors and readers. This research uses a science-based approach and the ADDIE development models that include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data used includes quantitative and qualitative data, with data collection techniques through observation, wawancara, questionnaire and documentation. The findings of this study show that: 1) The process of developing isti'arah material at the Haji Abdul Karim Shu'aib Guguak Randah Islamic Boarding School is running effectively, 2) factors that affect the development of isti'arah material both internally and externally, and 3) provision of additional literature and references for authors and readers on isti'arah material. In conclusion, students' difficulties in understanding Arabic can be minimized by adding examples from the Qur'an in the development of isti'arah material. The results of this study are very good with a figure of 82%.
