The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Distributive Justice and Affective Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (PKO) in Islamic Bank Employees in Indonesia

Abstrak

<p> <em>citizenship behavior, the mediating role of affective commitment on the positive influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, the mediating role of affective commitment on the positive influence of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior of Islamic bank employees in Indonesia. The population of this study was employees, amounting to 85 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 70 people. Data was collected through questionnaires and data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis and regression analysis test.</em></p> <p> &nbsp;</p>
