Pengaruh Biaya Lingkungan dan Kinerja Lingkungan Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Sektor Basic Materials (Bahan Baku) Yang Listing di BEI Pada Tahun 2022-2024
Skripsi ini dibuat oleh Stephanny Eka Putri, NIM 3421021 dengan judul skripsi “Pengaruh Biaya Lingkungan dan Kinerja Lingkungan Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Basic Materials Yang Terdaftar di BEI tahun 2022-2024.” Program studi Akuntansi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti perusahaan-perusahaan dalam sektor ini karena terdapat fenomena di mana beberapa perusahaan tidak mencantumkan biaya lingkungan dalam laporan keuangannya, sementara yang lain justru mengeluarkan biaya lingkungan yang cukup besar. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai apakah biaya lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profit yang diperoleh. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah biaya lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data angka mulai dari pengumpulan data sampai penyajian dari hasil penelitian yang diambil dari data sekunder tahun 2022-2024. Jumlah sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan biaya lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, karena hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,187 > 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besar kecilnya biaya lingkungan tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas/ Return On Assets (ROA). Hasil Pengujian berdasarkan Uji F yang menghasilkan nilai f hitung sebesar 0,131 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,878 yang artinya karena lebih besar dari 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa biaya lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Maka dapat dikatakan juga bahwa H03 diterima dan H03 di tolak. Artinya semua variabel independent Biaya Lingkungan (X1) dan Kinerja Lingkungan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap Profitabilitas/ ROA (Y).
