Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh permasalahan di SMP N 3 Bukittinggi evaluasi pembelajaran masih menggunakan kuis konvensional, pendidik mendiktekan soal kuis dan peserta didik menulis di kertas yang terkesan sulit sehingga membuat peserta didik menjadi pasif. Proses evaluasi rentan mengarah pada kecurangan, seperti peserta didik meniru jawaban temannya saat mengerjakan kuis. Dan kurangnya penggunaan teknologi dan media saat evaluasi pembelajaran, sehingga tidak menyenangkan dan mempengaruhi nilai informatika di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat kuis digital berbasis gamifikasi yang menarik untuk membantu dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Research and Development (R&D). Metode ini merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan atau memvalidasi produk-produk yang digunakan dalam pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Terdiri atas lima tahapan : analyze (analisis), design (desain), develop (pengembangan), implement (implementasi), evaluate (evaluasi). Media ini penulis rancang menggunakan Blooket. Ada tiga pengujian yang digunakan peneliti untuk menguji produk : yang pertama adalah uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli yang mengevaluasi 3 faktor yaitu desain media, isi dan bahasa, dengan nilai 0,82 menunjukkan kategori valid; uji kedua adalah uji praktikalitas yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang pendidik dan 3 orang peserta didik dengan nilai 0,90 menunjukkan kategori sangat tinggi; uji ketiga adalah uji efektivitas oleh 3 orang pendidik dan 15 orang peserta didik dengan nilai 0,85 menunjukkan kategori efektifitas tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji produk maka, kuis digital dikatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Kata kunci : Kuis Digital, Gamifikasi, Blooket

Faculty Research Performance

The literature on faculty research performance is reviewed, with a focus on research by individual faculty members. The literature on the sociology of science and data-based results from sociological studies are emphasized. Attention is directed to measures of performance, the explanations and specific correlates likely to influence high research performance, and the practical implications of empirical studies for faculty development and evaluation. Three common measures of individual research performance are publication counts, citation counts, and peer and colleague ratings. Productivity researchers attempt to explain the variation in faculty research performance by psychological-individual factors, including superior intellectual ability, a strong motivation and drive to perform, personality traits, and background characteristics. Access to resources and advantages and reinforcements have also been linked to productivity. Additional correlates of productivity have also been investigated: prestige of doctoral program and employing institutions, rank and tenure, early productivity. Numerous correlate studies in the past 40 years have resulted in a profile of productive researchers.
