Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Penggunaan Aplikasi QRIS Merchant Presented Mode dengan metode technology acceptance model (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah Angkatan 2021 UIN Bukittinggi
This thesis is entitled "Analysis of the Level of Satisfaction of Using the Qris Merchant Presented Mode Application Using the Technology Acceptance Model Method (Case Study of Islamic Banking Students, Class of 2021, UIN Bukittinggi" compiled by Fitrisa Ramadhani NIM 3321192, Islamic Banking Department, Faculty of Economics, Islamic Business (FEBI), Sjech M.Djamil Djambek State Islamic University, Bukitinggi. This research is motivated by the lack of user satisfaction of the Qris application among Islamic banking students due to frequent errors during transactions. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of using the Qris Merchant Presented Mode application in making transactions using the Technology Acceptance Model method among Islamic banking students, class of 2021, UIN Bukittinggi. The research conducted by the author is a quantitative method, the data source that the author takes from primary data. Data collection techniques with questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis method obtained is with primary data processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Based on the results of the research and data analysis conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the overall partial test results (t) of the Perceived Ease Of Use (X1) variable with a value of Tcount> Ttable of 3.399> 1.993 and a significance value of 0.0010.005, the Perceived Usefulness (X2) variable with a value of Tcount> Ttable of 3.308> 1.933 and a significance value of 0.001 0.005, the Behavior Intention To Use (X3) variable with a value of Tcount> Ttable of 3.966> 1.993 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05, Attitude Toward Using variable (X4) with the result of Tcount value> Ttable of 2.984> 1.933 and the significance value is 0.001 0.05 and the Actual Use variable (X5) with the result of Tcount value> Ttable of 3.555 > 1.933 and the significance value is 0.001 0.05, so that the five variables have a positive and significant effect on the level of satisfaction in using the Qris application (Y). The results of multiple linear regression analysis, obtained the equation Y = 0.067 + 0.502X1 + 0.486X2 + 0.456X3 + 0.458X4 + 0.741X4 + e, from the five variables it can be concluded that the Actual Use variable has the greatest influence, namely 0.741
