Abstrak
This research is motivated by the growing practice of digital marketing through the TikTok Affiliate program, which has been utilized by Lampu Gogeus Store in Nagari Batu Taba, Ampek Angkek District, Agam Regency, as a strategy to increase sales. This program provides commissions to affiliates for successfully promoting products that result in sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to examine the practice of determining and paying commissions in the TikTok Affiliate program and to analyze its conformity with the perspective of Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). This study employs a field research method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that the TikTok Affiliate mechanism at Lampu Gogeus Store is implemented through the TikTok Shop system, which facilitates affiliates in registering, selecting products, promoting goods, and receiving commissions automatically after transactions are completed. The determination of commission rates is conducted transparently based on product categories and can be monitored directly through the platform. From the perspective of fiqh muamalah, this practice is generally in accordance with the ju'alah contract because there is clarity regarding the work performed, the amount of commission, and the payment mechanism. Furthermore, it fulfills the principles of justice, transparency, and mutual consent between the parties. Nevertheless, the participants' understanding of Islamic contractual concepts still needs to be improved so that digital marketing practices can become more aligned with the principles of Islamic economic law.
