ABSTRACT Thesis on behalf of M. FADLI ATTANI, S.Pd.I, NIM. 201.15.047. This thesis entitled: "Internalization of Religious Values to Students in MAN Maninjau". The purpose of this title is abstract conceptions that are ideal in internalization religious values undertaken by teachers of religious activity (religious) in MAN Maninjau. The background of this research is the reality of implementation of the field is not in accordance with the expected. Religious values that have been taught to students are not fully internalized. It is seen by the number of students who do not apply these values in everyday life. Associated with the above explanation the authors focus on research on the study of the internalization of religious values associated with aspects of value honesty, the value of decency, the value of responsibility and the value of tolerance. The purpose of this research is to know the internalization of religious values to students in MAN Maninjau, ranging from what religious values are instilled by the teacher of the builder in religious activities, whether it is from the religious value to the students from the aspect of honesty, the religious value to the students from the aspect Courtesy, religious values to students from the aspect of responsibility and religious values to the students from the aspect of tolerance that is internalized by the teachers of religious activities in MAN Maninjau. The type of research that the authors use is Field Research.While the research method using Qualitative Descriptive method that aims to describe the results of research in accordance with the actual data that is describing the cultivation of religious values to students in MAN Maninjau. The sources of data in this research are the teachers of the Islamic Religious Affairs, which consists of 2 students, Headmaster, Student deputy headmaster departmen and MAN Maninjau students. Techniques and data collection tools through observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods The results of this study indicate that the religious value implanted to the students is reflected in the internalization of religious values on the students in the aspect of honesty that is honest with themselves and honest with others. Then the internalization of religious values to the students in the courtesy aspect of yaitunya bellows, dressed politely, speaks and behaves well. Furthermore, the internalization of religious values on the students in the aspects of responsibility that is the responsibility of worship and responsibility as a student. And the last is the internalization of religious values on the students in the aspect of tolerance is to create comfort and harmony among students and mutual respect. From the results of the authors have described at least can provide a good reference to the school, for researchers and for further researchers.
