Buku ini menyajikan pengetahuan mengenai manajemen, baik konsep maupun teori, dan implementasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Buku ini hadir untuk memberi tambahan ilmu dan pengetahuan kepada para pembaca khususnya terkait dengan manajemen. Sistematika penyusunan buku dalam bentuk buku kolaborasi ini terdiri atas dua puluh bab, dan diberi judul Pengantar Manajemen (Konsep dan Tinjauan Teoretis).

Pembimbing: Dr. Melyann Melani, SS., M.Pd. Program Studi Magister S2 Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi. Proses pembelajaran fikih yang dilakukan oleh pendidik di kelas V MIS REY Diniyyah Puteri saat mengajarkan materi haji dan umrah dengan muatan materi mayoritas praktek dan memerlukan contoh yang lebih konkret masih menggunakan metode ceramah dengan mengaplikasikan media 2D (papan tulis dan spidol). Selain itu, peserta didik kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh pendidik dikarenakan belum maksimalnya penyampaian materi yang lebih konkret sehingga peserta didik cenderung menggunakan imajinasinya untuk memahami penjelasan pendidik. Keinginan dari pendidik untuk menggunakan media yang tepat untuk pembelajaran juga sangat tinggi, namun dikarenakan keterbatasan akan waktu yang dimiliki serta minimnya kemampuan IT, menjadi kendala dalam menerapkan media yang sesuai. Maka dari itu pengembangan media audio visual merupakan tahap yang dilakukan untuk dapat menerapkan media pembelajaran dalam materi praktek dengan lebih konkret. Sebagai solusi untuk memudahkan bagi pemula untuk melakukan proses editing maka dipilih software wondershare filmora dengan banyak fitur dan effect yang dapat digunakan agar tampilan media audio visual lebih menarik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan research and development (R&D) model Four-D (4D); define, design, develop, disseminate. Terdapat beberapa instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya; wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, tes, uji validitas dan uji praktikalitas. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran peserta didik pada materi haji dan umrah, memerlukan media pembelajaran yang dikemas secara kreatif dan mudah dipahami. Tanggapan peserta didik terhadap kegiatan belajar dari melihat contoh konkret serta pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis audio visual diperoleh hasil 97,5%. 2) Pengembangan media audio visual menggunakan software wondershare filmora yang didesain untuk delapan petemuan. 3) Pengembangan dilakukan dengan melihat hasil validasi tim ahli media dengan rata-rata penilaian adalah 90,4%, melihat hasil validasi silabus dengan rata-rata penilaian adalah 90,7% dan melihat hasil validasi RPP dengan rata-rata penilaian adalah 79,3%. 4) hasil analisis validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas media audio visual menunjukkan valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi haji dan umrah peserta didik pada pelajaran fikih.
