MODEL PENGEMBANGAN PELATIHAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI UNTUK TIM PENGEMBANG PESANTREN RAMAH ANAK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kompetensi Tim Pengembang PRA (Pesantren Ramah Anak) dalam implementasi Program PRA di Kota Padang Panjang. Kenyataan ini dibuktikan dari penilaian terhadap indikator pelaksanaan program PRA di pesantren yang ada, hanya 3,33% yang telah melaksanakan indikator Program PRA, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 96,67% belum melaksanakan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena pelatihan yang telah diterima oleh Tim PRA selama ini belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan model pelatihan PRA untuk Tim PRA yang valid dan praktis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian ini berupa Model PE-ADI, yang disajikan dalam Buku Model, Buku Trainer dan Buku Peserta. Hasil uji validitas terhadap buku model diperoleh nilai P = 90,94 (sangat valid) dengan Momen Koefisien Kappa (K) = 0,88 (Sangat Tinggi). Sedangkan buku trainer memiliki nilai P = 91,15 (Sangat Valid) dengan Momen Koefisien Kappa (K) = 0,90 (Sangat Tinggi). Untuk buku peserta diperoleh nilai P = 90,73 (Sangat Valid) dengan Momen Koefisien Kappa (K) = 0,90 (Sangat Tinggi). Hasil uji praktikalitas terhadap model pelatihan PE-ADI diperoleh nilai Momen Koefisien Kappa (K) = 0,95 (Sangat Tinggi). Efektivitas model PE-ADI diperoleh hasil uji t di mana sig 0,000 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan Tim PRA setelah mengikuti pelatihan dengan Model PE-ADI dengan sebelum mengikuti secara signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa Model PE-ADI sebagai hasil penelitian terbukti valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Tim PRA dalam mengimplementasikan Program PRA di pesantren di mana mereka bertugas. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Program PRA bisa dilakasanakan secara optimal di setiap pesantren yang ada di Kota Padang Panjang apabila Tim PRA mengikuti Pelatihan Model PE-ADI. Disarankan agar (1) tim Pembina PRA di tingkat pusat dan provinsi mensosialisasikan model Pelatihan PE-ADI sampai pada pesantren yang ada di Indoensia, (2) penerapan Model PE-ADI mengikuti acuan yang ada pada buku model, buku trainer dan buku peserta.
