Teamwork dalam Pengelolaan Pendidikan Menurut Perspektif Al-Quran dan Sunnah
The purpose of this paper is to present Teamwork from the perspective of Al-Quran and Hadith. This research methodology uses a literature approach (Library Research). Data was collected based on journals, books, Al-Quran and Hadith or other information relevant to the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that to achieve effective teamwork, it is important for team members to understand and appreciate the differences between team members, build mutual trust, communicate clearly, and have clear common goals. In addition, teamwork also requires flexibility, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, as well as skills in overcoming conflict and managing differences of opinion.
