buku ini berisi kajian ragam dinamika tradisi lokal perkawinan di masyarakat. Keragaman ttradisi di setiap daerah, menggambarkan dinamika yang berbeda dan unik. Tradisi - tradisi itu dilestarikan oleh masyarakat secara turun temurun. Jika tradisi itu tidak dilaksanakan, maka ada rasa ketidak sempurnaan dalam perhelatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat tersebut. oleh sebab itu, masing-masing masyarakat berupaya keras untuk melaksanakan tradisi-tradisis yang ada dalam masyarakat itu.
Local Wisdom Equality in Marriage of Gold Entrepreneurs in Kasui Pasar Village
This article aims to elaborate on equivalence in marriage. Equivalence is one of the essential aspects of creating a harmonious family. The people of Kasui Pasar Village, who are from Banten ethnic background, have a tradition of marital equivalence regarding profession and ethnicity. The problem in this study is how to review Islamic law on the tradition of marriage equivalence in realizing a harmonious family in Kasui Pasar Village. This type of research is field research descriptive-analytical. The primary data of this research are the results of interviews and observations with a married couple of Banten ethnic gold traders. Secondary data are books, journals, and related research. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data obtained is processed and analyzed inductively using urf theory. The results of this study indicate that the community believes that marriage equivalence in the profession of gold business people and ethnic Banten is the main factor in the realization of a harmonious family. This local wisdom as urf sahih has brought benefits and goodness in their lives and is inherent and accepted by the general public, especially in Kasui Pasar Village. This tradition does not conflict with Islamic law. The results of this study indicate that the community believes that marriage equivalence in the profession of gold traders and ethnic Banten is the main factor in the realization of a harmonious family. This local wisdom as urf sahih has brought benefits and goodness in their lives and is inherent and accepted by the general public, especially in Kasui Pasar Village. This tradition does not conflict with Islamic law.

ISLAMIC LAW PERSPECTIVES AND POSITIVE LAW ON THE RETO TUO PRACTICE OF THE REJANG INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF RENEWALING FAMILY LAW IN INDONESIA
The management of Reto tuo as an expert waqf practice in the Rejang indigenous community, Bengkulu has succeeded in the welfare of the children of the waqif descendants. However, over time there are potential problems that will become disputes in the future. The problems of this research are: How are the Islamic Law Perspectives and Positive Laws on the Practice of Reto Tuo in the Rejang Indigenous Peoples as Expert Endowments in the Framework of Renewing Islamic Family Law in Indonesia? The conclusions of this study are: The Islamic Law perspective of the practice of Reto tuo as Expert waqf in the Rejang Indigenous community is not carried out in accordance with the requirements and pillars of expert waqf in Islamic Law, especially in terms of expert waqf terms, should be stated clearly, also regarding the designation and period of validity. waqf of the Expert. The positive legal perspectives are: Reto tuo practice as an Expert Waqf in the Rejang Indigenous community, there are no detailed regulations governing it. So for the benefit of the benefit, the reorganization of the Reto tuo Law as an Expert waqf is carried out by separating the regulations of the Expert waqf from the khairi waqf related to the implementation, recording or administration, asset management, and dispute resolution.
